Foods to eliminate for health

 Our body can not handle processed foods with GMO, sodium, so much unhealthy toxins no wonder America is the leading country in Obesity.
​Every health article says to eat a balanced diet but these five foods are not heathy for a balanced diet.
​1. Dairy:
  • ​Dairy products are mucus forming and found to increase inflammation in parts of the body like thyroid glands and digestive tract.  Milk and other dairy products are leading cause for type 2 diabetes, increased risk of breast, ovarian, and prostate cancer, 
2. Salt: 
  • Salt can lead to hypertension which can boost your risk of dying from a heart attack or stroke more than smoking, high cholesterol, obesity and any other risk factor does.  Lowering your salt intake will help to reduce blood pressure.
3. Oil:
  • Oil has too many calories per tablespoon and is not a whole food. Saturated, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are found to contribute to arterial damage.
4. Meat:
  • Research shows that people who eat meat an increased risk of death from health conditions like heart disease, stroke and diabetes. In fact animals carry so many diseases and infections like SARS, Ebola, Coronavirus, Flu, etc. 
5. Grains:
  • Grains cause overgrowth of bad bacteria in the gut which can lead to obesity, mood changes, imbalance blood sugar and inflammation. Studies show refined grains have been linked to numerous metabolic diseases.
Remember our bodies are a temple and these foods do not help our bodies can put us at an unhealthy health risk. We only have one body so fuel it with love of colorful foods.
